Add the mint, garlic, salt, cinnamon,
cayenne and allspice
Keeps in the refrigerator 1 day before
using as a marinade.
Yield: 2 cups
SUGGESTED USE: Perfect for both chicken pieces (2 to 4
hours) or boneless breasts (1 to 3 hours) or leg of lamb (4 to
8 hours) or lamb brochettes (2 to 4 hours).
