Ginger Orange Marinade
  • Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons Asian sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange rind (zest)
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • Pinch sugar
Directions
  1. Place orange juice and sesame oil in a small bowl
  2. Whisk to combine
  3. Stir in ginger, orange zest, vinegar, cayenne and sugar. Yield: 3/4 cup SUGGESTED USE: The fresh orange flavor is a perfect balance for the toasty flavor of the sesame oil and the pungent ginger
  4. Try this on swordfish (30 minutes to 3 hours) or other fish fillets (30 to 60 minutes) or boneless chicken breasts (1 to 3 hours).
