Sweet Paprika and Red Wine Marinade
Ingredients
1-1/2 cups dry red wine
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons Sherry or cider vinegar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons sweet Hungarian paprika
1-1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Place the wine, water, vinegar and oil in a medium bowl
Whisk to combine
Whisk in the paprika, brown sugar and salt. Yield: 2 cups SUGGESTED USE: This is a great pork marinade
Not only does it provide a wonderful flavor, the color is exquisite
Try it on a pork loin (12 hours) or pork spareribs (24 hours) or even a pork tenderloin (6 to 8 hours).
