Sweet Paprika and Red Wine Marinade
  • Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 cups dry red wine
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons Sherry or cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons sweet Hungarian paprika
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
  1. Place the wine, water, vinegar and oil in a medium bowl
  2. Whisk to combine
  3. Whisk in the paprika, brown sugar and salt. Yield: 2 cups SUGGESTED USE: This is a great pork marinade
  4. Not only does it provide a wonderful flavor, the color is exquisite
  5. Try it on a pork loin (12 hours) or pork spareribs (24 hours) or even a pork tenderloin (6 to 8 hours).
