Quick Spaghetti Sausage
Quick Spaghetti Sausage
Ingredients
2 pounds ground pork
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons dry spaghetti sauce mix
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup red wine
Directions
Add the pork and remaining ingredients to the mixing bin and process until thoroughly blended
Using the #26 horn extrude the mixture into the casings and twist off into four- inch links
Poke several holes down the length of each sausage
Refrigerate and use within three to four days or freeze for later use.
