Peppery Orange Marinade
Peppery Orange Marinade
Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Pinch cayenne pepper
1 /2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
Place the orange juice, vegetable oil, pepper, chili powder, paprika, cayenne and salt in a medium bowl
Whisk to combine
Stir in cilantro. Yield: 3/4 cup SUGGESTED USE: Grind your pepper on the fine setting and really do grind it fresh for this marinade
Try it with pork tenderloin or chop (2 to 4 hours) or chicken pieces (4 to 6 hours) or boneless breasts (1 to 2 hours).
