Peppery Orange Marinade
  • Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 /2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
  1. Place the orange juice, vegetable oil, pepper, chili powder, paprika, cayenne and salt in a medium bowl
  2. Whisk to combine
  3. Stir in cilantro. Yield: 3/4 cup SUGGESTED USE: Grind your pepper on the fine setting and really do grind it fresh for this marinade
  4. Try it with pork tenderloin or chop (2 to 4 hours) or chicken pieces (4 to 6 hours) or boneless breasts (1 to 2 hours).
