Place chili sauce, molasses, lemon juice, soy sauce, brown
sugar, chilies, Worcestershire, mustard, red pepper flakes,
chili and pepper, garlic and salt in a medium saucepan
Bring to a boil over medium high heat
Reduce heat to low
and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 15
minutes
Strain sauce, pressing through as much of the
sauce as possible; discard the solids
Let cool completely
and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Yield: 2 cups
SUGGESTED USE: Marinate steak (2 hours), chicken pieces
(2 to 3 hours) or boneless breasts (1 hour) in this smoky
sauce.
