Beef Sausage Casserole
Beef Sausage Casserole
Ingredients
2-1/2 cups of dry bread made into cubes
1/2 cup beef broth
2 or 3 small potatoes, diced
1 12-ounce package of frozen peas
1-1/2 pounds of American beef sausage
cut into 1-inch lengths (page 59)
Directions
Place bread cubes into a large mixing bowl and mix together with potatoes, peas, and about half of the sausage
Add broth, then put into a greased casserole
Arrange remaining sausage on top of casserole
Bake at 350? for about an hour, or until potatoes are soft
Take the lid off the for the last 15 minutes of baking so the casserole forms a crusty top.
