Curried Ginger Marinade
  • Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions
  1. Place olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, cilantro, curry, salt and pepper in blender or food processor and puree. Yield: 1 cup SUGGESTED USE: Try this on swordfish (30 minutes to 2 hours) or other firm-fleshed fish for an amazing taste sensation
  2. It is also tasty on shrimp (30 to 60 minutes) or boneless chicken breasts (1 to 2 hours).
