Place olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger,
cilantro, curry, salt and pepper in blender or food
processor and puree.
Yield: 1 cup
SUGGESTED USE: Try this on swordfish (30 minutes to 2
hours) or other firm-fleshed fish for an amazing taste
sensation
It is also tasty on shrimp (30 to 60 minutes) or
boneless chicken breasts (1 to 2 hours).
