Salami Snacks
  • Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound fresh calabrese salami,
  • thinly sliced (page 30)
  • Dijon-style mustard
  • chopped parsley
  • carrots cut into short julienne strips
  • celery cut into short julienne strips
Directions
  1. Lightly broil salami slices until they are thoroughly cooked
  2. Spread each slice with a coating of mustard, sprinkle with parsley and place several strips of carrot and celery on top of each
  3. Arrange on a platter and serve.
