Worcestershire Marinade
  • Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
Directions
  1. Place Worcestershire, lemon juice, olive oil, minced onion, garlic and salt in a small bowl
  2. Stir together to combine well. Yield: 1 cup SUGGESTED USE: This marinade is best on beef
  3. Try kabobs (2 to 4 hours), steaks (3 to 4 hours) or a London broil (8 hours).
