Beer Marinade for Beef
Ingredients
2 cups beer
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 -1 /2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons onion salt
Directions
Place beer, oil, Worcestershire, brown sugar, dry mustard and onion salt in a large bowl
Whisk to combine. Yield: 2-1/2 cups SUGGESTED USE: Let the beef sit in this marinade for a long time to achieve the best flavor
Try a beef roast (12 to 24 hours), beef kabobs (12 hours) or steak (8 to 12 hours).
