Beer Marinade for Beef
  • Ingredients
  • 2 cups beer
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 -1 /2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoons onion salt
Directions
  1. Place beer, oil, Worcestershire, brown sugar, dry mustard and onion salt in a large bowl
  2. Whisk to combine. Yield: 2-1/2 cups SUGGESTED USE: Let the beef sit in this marinade for a long time to achieve the best flavor
  3. Try a beef roast (12 to 24 hours), beef kabobs (12 hours) or steak (8 to 12 hours).
