ITALIAN MARINATED SHARK
  • Ingredients
  • 1 pound shark
  • 1/4 cup non-fat Italian salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Cut shark into serving-size pieces
  2. Pour on the salad dressing and turn to coat well
  3. Season with salt and pepper
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes. Rotate fish in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until just cooked through
  5. Serve immediately.
