Stir together the lime
juice, green onion, sugar, salt and Tabasco
Spread on both sides
of the salmon
Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours.
To make the Tomato-Cucumber Relish, toss together the
tomatoes, cucumbers and vinegar
Use immediately or set aside
at room temperature for up to 2 hours.
Rotate fish in the Flat Standard Basket for 12 to 18 minutes or
until just cooked through
Serve immediately topped with
Tomato-Cucumber Relish.
