LEAN AND TASTY HAWAIIAN FISH FILLETS
  • Ingredients
  • 1 pound firm fish fillets
  • (like shark, halibut, sea bass or swordfish)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 4 small green bell pepper rings
  • 4 slices fresh tomato
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 (14 x 12 inch) sheets heavy-duty aluminum foil
Directions
  1. Cut the fish into serving-size pieces
  2. Drizzle fish with soy sauce and lemon juice. Lay the fish on one sheet of foil
  3. Top with pepper rings, tomato slices and pineapple
  4. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Top with the second sheet of foil and fold the edges over three times to seal the foil packet
  6. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 minutes
  7. Open packet and serve with juices.
