Place oil, orange juice, lime juice and wine vinegar in a
medium bowl
Whisk to combine
Stir in chilies, garlic,
oregano, salt and pepper.
Yield: 3-1/2 cups
SUGGESTED USE: Traditionally beef is marinated and then
cooked, cut into strips and served with tortillas, beans, rice,
salsa and guacamole
Try this marinade using either top
sirloin, skirt steak or flank steak (4 to 8 hours).
