RASPBERRY PINEAPPLE WEDGES
  • Ingredients
  • 1 fresh pineapple
  • 4 tablespoons raspberry syrup
  • 4 sprigs fresh mint
Directions
  1. Peel the pineapple and cut into 8 wedges, lengthwise
  2. Cut off the core
  3. Rotate the pineapple in the Flat Standard Basket for about 10 minutes or until warmed through and lightly browned
  4. Transfer to serving plates and drizzle with syrup
  5. Garnish with mint
