1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
Trim fat from steak and place in a large shallow dish
Combine
red wine, lime juice, garlic powder and cumin and pour over
steak
Cover and marinate in refrigerator 24 hours, turning steak
occasionally.
To make salsa combine tomato, bell pepper, chili, onion and
cilantro in a medium bowl
Toss in the vinegar
Set aside.
Remove steak from marinade and rotate in the Flat Standard
Basket 15 minutes for medium rare
Cut steak diagonally across
grain into thin slices
Combine lettuce, steak and cheese in a
large bowl; toss gently
Divide evenly among six serving plates
and top each with 1/3 cup salsa
