Place wine, lemon juice, zest and hot sauce in a medium
bowl
Slowly whisk in the olive oil
Stir in the garlic and
herbs, salt and pepper.
Yield: 2-1/2 cups
SUGGESTED USE: Use this marinade as an all purpose
flavoring for fish steaks or fillets (2 to 4 hours) or shrimp or
scallops (2 to 4 hours).
