In a small bowl combine the honey, mustard, paprika and garlic
powder
Toss together the cornflakes and pecans in a shallow
dish.
Wash and pat dry chicken
Sprinkle chicken lightly with salt and
pepper
Brush both sides of chicken with honey mixture and
dredge in the cornflake mixture.
Rotate the chicken in the Flat Standard Basket for 45 minutes or
until cooked through and crispy.
