CORNFLAKE CRISPY CHICKEN THIGHS
Ingredients
1 cup cornflake crumbs
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup evaporated skimmed milk
8 (6 ounce) chicken thighs, skin removed
Directions
Combine crumbs, paprika, onion powder, oregano and dry mustard in a shallow dish; stir well
Pour milk into a small shallow bowl
Dip each chicken thigh in milk and dredge in corn flake mixture
Rotate chicken in the Flat Standard Basket for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
