GINGER MOLASSES CHICKEN THIGHS
  • Ingredients
  • 8 (6 ounce) chicken thighs, skin removed
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions
  1. Wash chicken and pat dry and place in a shallow dish
  2. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken, turning to coat
  3. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours. Remove chickcn from marinade and rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and browned.
