SESAME PINEAPPLE CHICKEN
  • Ingredients
  • 1 (8 ounce) can unsweetened pineapple slices, undrained
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon rubbed sage
  • 4 (6 ounce) chicken breast halves, skin removed
Directions
  1. Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons juice
  2. Combine juice with sesame seeds, honey and sage in a flat dish
  3. Add the chicken to the sauce, turning to coat
  4. Reserve some of the sauce. Place the chicken breasts in the Flat Standard Basket and top each with a slice of pineapple
  5. Brush with the sauce
  6. Rotate for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden, brushing with the reserved sauce once or twice toward the end.
