ZESTY DIJON CHICKEN BREASTS
  • Ingredients
  • 6 (6 ounce) chicken breasts, skin removed
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
  1. Wash and pat dry chicken breasts and place in a shallow dish
  2. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken, tossing to coat
  3. Cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours. Remove chicken from marinade and rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
