SESAME PLUM SAUCE CHICKEN
  • Ingredients
  • 6 (6 ounce) chicken breast halves, skin removed
  • 2/3 cup Oriental plum sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Oriental sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
  1. Wash chicken and pat dry; place in a large bowl
  2. Combine plum sauce, Hoisin, sherry, soy sauce and sesame oil
  3. Stir in ginger, garlic, cilantro, and red pepper flakes
  4. Pour over chicken; cover and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours. Remove chicken from marinade and rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 45 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
