Combine the lemon zest and juice, olive oil, water, basil, thyme,
rosemary, pepper and garlic in a shallow dish
Wash and pat dry
the chicken and add to the marinade, turning to coat well
Cover
and refrigerate up to 6 hours.
Remove chicken from marinade and rotate in the Flat Standard
Basket for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and
browned.
