CITRUS JALAPENO CHICKEN BREASTS
  • Ingredients
  • 6 (6 ounce) chicken breasts, skin removed
  • 1/2 cup thawed orange juice concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon minced lime zest
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
Directions
  1. Wash and pat dry chicken and place in a shallow dish
  2. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken, turning to coat
  3. Cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours. Remove chicken from marinade and rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 45 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
