ORANGE-MUSTARD CHICKEN BREASTS
  • Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup grainy mustard
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 6 (6 ounce) chicken breast halves, skin removed
Directions
  1. Combine mustards with orange juice and zest, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, parsley and pepper
  2. Add the chicken and turn to coat well
  3. Cover and marinate 1 to 4 hours in the refrigerator. Remove chicken from marinade and rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and browned.
