Puree cranberry sauce, lemon juice, Tabasco and curry powder
in the blender or food processor
Wash chicken and pat dry
Season the chicken with salt and pepper
Remove 1/4 cup of the
cranberry mixture and brush over the outside of the chicken
pieces.
Rotate the chicken in the Flat Standard Basket for 45 minutes or
until lightly browned and cooked through
Heat the remaining
cranberry mixture in a small saucepan over medium low heat
until bubbly.
Serve chicken topped with some of the sauce and a sprinkling of
parsley or green onions.
