ORIENTAL CHICKEN BROCHETTES
  • Ingredients
  • 4 (4 ounce) skinless boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole baby corn, cut in half
  • 1/3 cup Hoisin or teriyaki sauce
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
Directions
  1. Trim chicken and cut into 1-inch cubes
  2. Cut bell peppers into 1- \inch squares
  3. Alternate chicken, pepper pieces and corn on kebob skewers. Stir together the Hoisin or teriyaki sauce, the honey, garlic and ginger
  4. Brush on kebobs and rotate for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
