Spicy Garlic Marinade
  • Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 /2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
Directions
  1. Place rice vinegar and soy sauce in a medium bowl
  2. Whisk in the oil slowly
  3. Add the garlic, ginger, cayenne and brown sugar. Yield: 1-1/2 cups SUGGESTED USE: This Spicy Asian marinade is tasty on chicken wings (6 to 8 hours) or boneless chicken breasts (2 hours) or pork tenderloin (4 to 6 hours).
