HOT AND SPICY BBQ CHICKEN
  • Ingredients
  • SAUCE:
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 (4 ounce) skinless boneless chicken breast halves
Directions
  1. Combine the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan
  2. Bring to a boil and then lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes
  3. Divide sauce in half and set aside. Combine paprika, pepper, dry mustard, and garlic powder
  4. Wash and pat dry chicken and pound to an even thickness of 1/2 inch
  5. Sprinkle with the spices
  6. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 20 minutes, basting with half the BBQ sauce after 15 minutes
  7. Serve with remaining BBQ sauce.
