HOT AND SPICY BBQ CHICKEN
Ingredients
SAUCE:
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons water
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
8 (4 ounce) skinless boneless chicken breast halves
Directions
Combine the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan
Bring to a boil and then lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes
Divide sauce in half and set aside. Combine paprika, pepper, dry mustard, and garlic powder
Wash and pat dry chicken and pound to an even thickness of 1/2 inch
Sprinkle with the spices
Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 20 minutes, basting with half the BBQ sauce after 15 minutes
Serve with remaining BBQ sauce.
