Herbes de Provence Marinade
  • Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind (zest)
  • 1 /4 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons sherry or cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons Herbes de Provence
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh minced rosemary
  • 1 /2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 /2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions
  1. Place the lemon juice, zest, white wine and vinegar in a medium bowl
  2. Slowly whisk in the oils
  3. Stir in Herbes de Provence, garlic, fresh rosemary, salt and pepper. Yield: 2 cups SUGGESTED USE: Herbes de Provence is an herb mixture that includes several dried herbs as well as dried lavender
  4. This marinade is perfect for tuna or other stronger fish fillets (2 to 3 hours).
