MARINARA CHICKEN BUNDLES UNDER WRAPS
  • Ingredients
  • 4 (4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 thin slices prosciutto or ham
  • 2 thin slices Provolone cheese
  • 4 fresh sage or basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup prepared Marinara sauce
  • 2 (14 x 12 inch) sheets heavy-duty aluminum foil
Directions
  1. Trim chicken breasts and pound to an even 1/2-inch thickness
  2. Lay one half slice of prosciutto and cheese on each breast
  3. Lay a sage or basil leaf on the cheese
  4. Fold chicken in half to form 4 bundles
  5. Lay bundles on one sheet of foil
  6. Spoon the sauce over the chicken. Top with the second sheet of foil and fold the edges over three times to seal the foil packet
  7. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
