4 (4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup prepared BBQ sauce
1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed
1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro or parsley
2 (14 x 12 inch) sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil
Directions
Trim chicken breasts and pound to an even 1/2-inch thickness
Lay chicken on one sheet of foil
Top with BBQ sauce and
sprinkle with corn, bell pepper and cilantro
Top with the
second sheet of foil and fold the edges over three times to seal
the foil packet.
Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 20 minutes or until chicken
is cooked through.
