HONEY MUSTARD TURKEY BREAST
  • Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine or vermouth
  • 1 4-pound turkey breast
Directions
  1. Whisk together the honey, mustard and wine until smooth
  2. Remove the turkey skin; wash and dry the turkey breast
  3. Spread the honey-mustard mixture over the turkey and let stand for 1 hour
  4. Rotate the turkey breast on the spit rods for 10 minutes per pound or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees in the center of the breast
  5. Wait 15 minutes before slicing.
