TURKEY AND CHEESE GRINDER
  • Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup mango chutney
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • Dash of cayenne pepper
  • 1 1-pound loaf French bread
  • 8 thin slices leftover Honey Mustard Turkey Breast
  • Red leaf lettuce
  • 2 ounces Havarti or Monterey Jack cheese, thinly sliced
  • 8 bread and butter pickle slices, chopped
  • 1 medium apple, peeled, cored and sliced into rings
Directions
  1. Stir together the chutney, mayonnaise and cayenne pepper
  2. Cut the bread in half horizontally and spread the chutney mixture on the bottom half
  3. Layer with turkey, lettuce, cheese, pickles and apple
  4. Top with remaining bread half
  5. Cut into 8 pieces to serve.
