Combine 4 teaspoons mustard, 2 teaspoons olive oil, lemon juice
and zest, and tarragon and garlic in a small bowl
Brush mustard
mixture over turkey tenderloins and rotate in the Flat Standard
Basket for 45 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
Meanwhile, heat remaining 1/2 teaspoon oil in a medium skillet
over medium heat
Add the thawed onions and saute 4 minutes
or until lightly browned
Add chicken broth and simmer until
onions are tender
Add orange juice concentrate and remaining
2 teaspoons mustard; stir well
Slice turkey into 1/4-inch slices
and serve with sauce.
