THAI TURKEY NUGGETS
  • Ingredients
  • 1 pound boneless turkey breast, skin removed
  • 3 tablespoons minced cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup canned tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup raisins
Directions
  1. Cut turkey into 1-1/2 inch cubes
  2. Mix cilantro, pepper and 6 cloves of garlic in a medium bowl
  3. Add the turkey and toss to completely coat the turkey
  4. Thread the turkey cubes on the kebob skewers and rotate for 20 minutes or until the turkey is cooked through. Meanwhile, in a food processor or blender, combine 2 cloves garlic, tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar and raisins until raisins are chopped
  5. Serve turkey nuggets with sauce for dipping.
