BLUE CHEESE STUFFED TURKEY BURGERS
  • Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon white wine Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons crumbled Blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 whole wheat hamburger buns, split in half
Directions
  1. Combine the turkey, Worcestershire sauce and egg
  2. Shape into 8 patties
  3. Combine Blue cheese and cilantro
  4. Place 1 tablespoon cheese mixture in center of 4 patties
  5. Top with remaining patties, sealing edges well. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 20 minutes or until cooked through
  6. Place the buns in the Warming Tray for the last 5 minutes
  7. Serve burger with lettuce in buns.
