White Wine Dill Marinade
  • Ingredients
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions
  1. Place the wine, lemon juice, lime juice, and mustard in a medium bowl
  2. Whisk in the oil and then stir in the dill, salt and pepper. Yield: 1-1/2 cups SUGGESTED USE: This marinade is also a pretty good sauce
  3. Simply reserve some and refrigerate it while marinating salmon, tuna or swordfish (2 hours).
