White Wine Dill Marinade
Ingredients
1 cup dry white wine
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions
Place the wine, lemon juice, lime juice, and mustard in a medium bowl
Whisk in the oil and then stir in the dill, salt and pepper. Yield: 1-1/2 cups SUGGESTED USE: This marinade is also a pretty good sauce
Simply reserve some and refrigerate it while marinating salmon, tuna or swordfish (2 hours).
