CARAWAY RUB PORK ROAST
  • Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons instant minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3-1/2 pound pork loin roast
Directions
  1. In a small bowl combine everything except the pork
  2. Trim the pork loin of all excess fat and rub the spice mixture all over the outside of the meat. Rotate on the spit rods for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees on the instant thermometer
  3. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
