1 (7 ounce) package dry Italian salad dressing mix
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Directions
Trim fat and silverskin from pork
Toss together the salad
dressing mix and sugar and rub all over the pork.
Rotate the pork, one on each spit rod, 30 minutes or until the
internal temperature reaches 155 to 160 degrees on the instant
thermometer
Let stand 5 minutes before slicing across into 1/2-
inch thick pieces.
