Whisk
together the next 9 ingredients and pour over pork
Cover and
refrigerate 1 hour
Remove pork from marinade, reserving 1/3
cup marinade.
Rotate pork, one on each spit rod, for 25 minutes or until the
internal temperature reaches 155 to 160 degrees on the instant
thermometer.
Place flour in a medium saucepan and whisk in reserved
marinade and water
Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook
3 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly
