THAI PORK CUTLETS
  • Ingredients
  • 4 6-ounce boneless pork chops
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh ginger root
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 tablespoons water
Directions
  1. Trim fat from pork chops
  2. Place the lemon peel, garlic, ginger, chili powder, coriander, pepper, red pepper flakes and water in the blender; blend until smooth
  3. Spread about 2 teaspoons of the paste on each chop, covering both sides. Rotate chops in the Flat Standard Basket for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
