BBQ RUB FLANK STEAK
  • Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 pound lean flank steak
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon powdered mustard
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except steak in a small bowl; mix well
  2. Rub spice mixture all over steak
  3. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 25 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness
  4. Slice steak diagonally across grain into 1/4-inch thick slices to serve.
