BBQ RUB FLANK STEAK
Ingredients
1-1/2 pound lean flank steak
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon powdered mustard
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Directions
Combine all ingredients except steak in a small bowl; mix well
Rub spice mixture all over steak
Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 25 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness
Slice steak diagonally across grain into 1/4-inch thick slices to serve.
