TEQUILA LIME FLANK STEAK
  • Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 pound lean flank steak
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup Tequila
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper
Directions
  1. Combine the last 5 ingredients and pour over steak
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours, turning occasionally
  3. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 25 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness.
