Place vinegar, soy sauce, mustard, and honey in a medium
bowl
Whisk in oil and then stir in ginger, garlic, shallots,
salt and white pepper.
Yield: 1-1/2 cups
SUGGESTED USE: This marinade works well on a variety of
meat and seafood
Marinate salmon steaks (2 to 3 hours),
boneless chicken breasts (2 hours), lamb chops or kabobs (4
hours), pork chops or pork tenderloin (6 hours).
