Cut the tops of the garlic off, exposing the cloves
Set each head
of garlic on a square of aluminum foil and pour 1 tablespoon oil
over each head
Wrap garlic up totally sealing the packets.
Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket or the Deep Basket for 45
minutes or until the garlic is very soft.
Remove garlic pulp from heads and mash with any remaining
oil, the thyme and pepper
Spread on both sides of the steak.
Rotate the steak in the Flat Standard Basket for 20 to 25 minutes
or until it reaches desired doneness
Let stand 5 minutes and
then thinly slice across the grain to serve.
