JUMBO SHRIMP WITH ROSEMARY
  • Ingredients
  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 /2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 4-inch sprigs rosemary, soaked in water 10 minutes
Directions
  1. Place shrimp in a medium-size bowl
  2. Toss with olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper
  3. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour
  4. Lay shrimp and rosemary sprigs in the Flat Standard Basket and rotate 15 minutes or until cooked through.
