JUMBO SHRIMP WITH ROSEMARY
Ingredients
1 pound jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon minced rosemary
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 /2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 4-inch sprigs rosemary, soaked in water 10 minutes
Directions
Place shrimp in a medium-size bowl
Toss with olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour
Lay shrimp and rosemary sprigs in the Flat Standard Basket and rotate 15 minutes or until cooked through.
