FIRE AND SPICE SHRIMP
  • Ingredients
  • 1 pound large shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons cracked black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
  1. Rinse and pat dry shrimp
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium-size bowl
  3. Add shrimp and toss to coat well
  4. Thread shrimp on the kebob skewers and rotate for 15 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through.
